Simons are originally from Nottingham and Lincoln and has been creating development in the East Midlands for many years, including several in Newark. As developers, it aims to ensure their projects are well-received and enhance and strengthen an area. To do this, it works hard to understand, engage and shape its developments to meet local needs and support the local community and environment.

 

Newark's role in logistics

 

The current big shift in retail to more online activity is resulting in the need for more industrial space, particularly logistics and distribution. With these proposals, Newark now has the chance to capture this whilst helping Coddington to benefit from an accessible 40 acre ecological wildflower and wetland habitat.
