About Tritax

Tritax Big Box REIT Plc is a Real Estate Investment Trust listed on the London Stock Exchange as BBOX, dedicated to investing solely in the UK logistics sector.  TBBR is a FTSE 250 Company, on the cusp of the FTSE 100, and a winner of Property Company of the Year (under 100 employees) in June 2024.

TBBR is the UK’s largest listed investor in high quality logistics warehouses with a Gross Asset Value of in excess of £6.4bn and have the UK’s largest logistics focussed strategic land portfolio totalling in excess of 3,825 acres gross / c. 2,000 acres net.

The TBBR portfolio comprises a total of £6.4bn, with an extremely high calibre clients including  Amazon, Argos, B&Q, Next, Tesco, Sainsburys, Bosch, Co-Op, Morrisons, Screwfix, Marks & Spencer, DPD, Royal Mail, Ocado, Rolls Royce, DSG, DP World, Sainsbury’s, Dunelm, Iron Mountain, Stobart, Unilever.

TBBR is a long term investor, which means that they seek to hold on to the investments for the long term (rather than let buildings and sell on to other investors, as a lot of other developers do). Therefore the relationships built up with local stakeholders during the planning process, continue after completion of the developments constructed. Tritax prides itself on delivering modern, sustainable logistics facilities, creating great space for their occupier clients and secure, stable long term returns for shareholders.

The main purpose of a REIT is to create income, as opposed to capital profit,  why TBBR holds the investments it creates, rather than developing to sell.

Community Fund

All Tritax developments have a Community Benefit Fund, where, in the event of the project being built,  money is allocated through the development into local community projects.
