Tritax Park Consultation
Traffic
Initial traffic modelling of the local roads and junctions has been carried out in conjunction with National Highways. This has shown that the proposed development traffic can be accommodated by the existing roads with minimal impact on queues and delays. Employees at the development will benefit from the new footway/cycleway and shuttle bus service which were part of the Phase 1 development, which, along with a robust workplace travel plan to encourage non-car travel, will help to minimise the traffic effect.
The development will be served by the roundabout on the A17 currently under construction.
Indicative: Electric Vehicle charging
